Beautiful Sunday on the deck

Spent the entire day on the deck - for brunch, gravlax, cream cheese, and capers.  You take a slice of gravlax, spread a bit of cream cheese, and then dip cheese side down into the capers


Have to have sparkling wine - Cava this time

My gravlax is finally underway.  Can't wait.  I may try a mustard sauce for it.  We'll see.  I might be like you were on your first slices.  Nothing added, except a drink.
