SRG ribs go for two hours and then I pull them off, bit of honey and brown sugar, foil wrap and onto grill at 250 for another hour. Typically, splash Apple juice into foil pack, but had none so I did a splash of OJ. Of course, then I did some OJ and vodka for the chef too :-)

Pulled the 4 slabs from smoker. Same treatment of brown sugar, honey and this time, splash of crown; just sounded right to me!  Those bad boys are now on gas grill doing a little 225 for another hour. Everything will then go into holding cooler while red potatoes and onion roast.

3-2-1=over cooked :-(  the top two racks in the prior picture just about fell apart. And, while everyone loved the ribs and taters, I felt the ribs were too done; especially those from the SRG.  Adding a splash of crown royal be returning on my next rib cook.

Sorry to hear that. The cook is usually the worst critic ;)

Good thing is there is always more time for practice!
