I've never used a PBC. In fact, I don't even know that I've seen one. So take this with a tbsp of salt . . .
If you're only concerned about mounting the stand, and, based on Art's pictures, it also looks like you could bolt the stand to bottom of the cooker. You could drill a couple of holes in the stand between each of the horseshoes. Use the stand as a guide to drill matching holes in the bottom of the cooker. Then mount the stand to cooker using some stainless steel nuts and bolts from your favorite blue or orange store.
That would also allow you to remove the stand if there ever was a need.
