I found out about your site from both the Charbroil (no longer with us) & Bradley forums. I started off with the Bradley 4 rack original, then Big Easy, then SRG, then Mes, then Brookstone pizza cooker, I also have the Masterbuilt XL indoor turkey fryer X 2, Dork temp. controller X 2, Anova Sous Vide Immersion Circulator, Control Products TC-9102D-HV Dual Stage High Voltage Digital Temperature Controller , & a P.I.D. I'm a member of the Bradley Forum & a former member of the Charbroil forum, & a member of various recipe sites. I enjoy all different ways of prepping meals & the good comradery of the folks in every forum that I'm a member of. I don’t post a lot, but do love to read in order to learn & enjoy the back & forth conversations of the members. I have been reading post on this forum for awhile now. Tried to join awhile back, but somehow missed the letter to respond to. Thanks

A hearty welcome from NE Ohio, and I'm glad you finally made it in!

That's a nice list of equipment, and I bet you have lots of recipes you can share with us. We have various sections for the different types of cookers you have as well as a recipes section, so jump right in and get your feet good and wet! :)

Yes welcome from northwestern Ontario. I belonged to the bradley and many other forums that are out there. The only one worth coming to is this one. Glad you found your way over the dark side.  ;D
