Butcher Knot Tutorial
« Reply #-1 on: September 13, 2014, 04:23:52 PM »
I was told to be careful using zip ties when doing my meat sticks and to stick to cooking twine. Since the advice came from someone that I find to know a little (  ::) a lot) about cooking on here I decided that I needed to learn how to properly tie a Butcher's Knot. I did a Google search and this was the first hit. I watched it and thought it was good enough to share with others like me that need a little help on how to tie good knot. Thanks nepas

Now that you have that down Rad, you need to watch one on how to tie a roll of meat with one piece of string. I am sure there is a good video out there. All the ones in the pic was tied with one piece of string except the Braciola in the front I did with two; I want to slice it in half to use each in a sauce. They are in the freezer now to do later. These are flank steaks.
