Thanks guys for all the hellos,I do like to fish ,but thats not what the PBC is for....yet. fedex tells  me i'm going to be cooking wed. nite! Whole chicken dry brined for a day then olive oil and a rub  stick my new 732 in the breast and the other hanging of the rebar. light my kingsford in the weber instafire ,wait the fifteen pour em on hang the bird stick the wires thru the holes AND THEN WHAT?lol

your right ,have a couple beers and before I know its time to eat! Ive been watching noah's videos and he took the stress right out.Bring it on.If I stay clean photos will be taken.
