New from Lexington< KY
« Reply #-1 on: October 04, 2014, 11:02:33 PM »
I am new to this site, but not new to grilling and smoking. However it admit that I am a slow learner. Sometimes I have to learn the lesson more them twice to figure it out.  I still have a lot to learn and relearn. Sometimes the beer does not help, or maybe it does. I would not have tried it that way with out the help. My smoker is down for now, looking for a new one. I love my infrared TBE and used to follow TMB and Dee  on another site before for some A holes killed it. Enough said.
Currently I am into Turkey and chicken brained with citrus .For a different flavor. Want to play with that for a while, and that was before I found about the WOW seasoning on this site. I think it has also of promise.  Got to order some and try it out.

Welcome from SW Ohio!

I heartily recommend the Pit Barrel Cooker (they have a vendor forum here). I'm just about totally replaced my TBE  and BEESR with mine.
