Hello Everyone - I am from Albuquerque, NM.  I am a long time connoisseur of BBQ and have recently started learning the cooking and smoking process.  I moved from a small Weber to a Pit Barrel Cooker a few months ago and have been working on perfecting my cooks (or mostly just creating things my family will eat).  I look forward to trying some of the great recipes I have seen here and posting my results.
