Hi kids!
« Reply #-1 on: July 20, 2012, 11:02:35 AM »
I thought it was about time for me to come out of the shadows.  I see many old friends here.  I see some new friends I haven't met yet.  I currently own a 2012 MAK 2 Star General, a Bradley 4 rack digital smoker and an AMZNPS.  I have owned a Traeger, a huge Oklahoma Joe's(they had to put it in my truck with a forklift) and a Weber bullet.

I live in Paducah KY, home of Starne's BBQ sauce and BBQ on the River Festival, scheduled this year for 9/27-9/29.

Ooh, ooh. Paducah?  I met a lady from there who developed what is possibly the best all-around BBQ rub in existence.  Her name is Jan and the rub is known as Jan's Rub.  Have you ever met her?
