Amateur BBQ buff here from Mount Holly, NC. I'm looking forward to being a part of the forum. Some of you have forgotten more than I know so perhaps you can help me spread my wings a little. I started with a Char-grill offset smoker, then my son-in-law and I built ole Betsy a stick burner from a 250 gallon oil drum. Then the lazy side kicked in and I became a Pellethead with the purchase of my Yoder YS640.
Both come in handy in large cooks.
