None the less , I am a "student of the game" and enjoy all styles of BBQ (and grilling) from East Lexington North Carolina to West Santa Maria , CA. With three kids in college , $$ is a bit tight so I have spent wisely and currently use a Weber 22.5 kettle with a Smokenator 1000 attachment ...Recently I was able to splurge and added a Pit Barrel Cooker which I plan to use with a local service group that supports folks who find themselves in a Shelter for one reason or another . That said , I look forward to learning more and having fun with BBQ so I can help those in need and perhaps surprize myself once in a while with a tasty recipe !
