Ok so some of you may know a year ago I was around 213 lbs and with running I was able to drop down to 183 lbs. I kind of stalled out there because I was eating more and had less time to run. Then about a month ago I got back up to 190 lbs
So after the last half marathon I ran recently I really decided to get serious. Major calorie cutting and daily running! I have stayed very focused. Well yesterday I weighed in at 179 lbs!
That 180 lb mark has always been there. The last time I remember being under 180 lbs was a high school senior. Back then I was 163 lbs.
My goal is around 165 lbs then I will increase the calorie count but continue the daily running.
I am committed this time to not fall into my old habits
