I have been trying to figure out how to add theme statement and cooking equipment to the bottom of my post and cannot figure it out....can someone please help me?

Profile>Modify Profile>Forum Profile>Signature

If you hover the mouse over "Profile" you will get a drop down with three choices.  Click on ""Forum Profile."

Mine comes up in the Modify setting because that's I left it (I assume).

But if you mouse over the "Modify Profile" (under the Ad Banner) you will get another drop down.  Click on "Forum Profile" and scroll down to "Signature."

When you are in the Modify Profile page - look for the Signature box. That is where you add your text.

On my mobile device I select [Profile] a drop down menu appears I select [Forum Profile].  On that page where the [Signature:] block appears I add the text I want to appear at the bottom of my post.  Then I select [Change Profile] at the bottom of that page.
