A Tasty and Quick After-Holiday Meal
« Reply #-1 on: December 30, 2014, 02:19:52 PM »
On Sunday we had Christmas for my side of the family. So back to work on Monday and we were both a bit exhausted from the hectic week that just passed. What to make for dinner when neither of us wanted to make dinner? My dearest had an idea and we ended up with a very tasty and different meal!  She took some of the leftover tamale balls that I made for an appetizer,  and served them with their sauce/gravy over mashed potatoes with corn on the side. It was wonderful and very different.....just what was needed!
