Hi guys it is this time of the year for a Christmas party at my work .
last year we did a lamb spit . this year my guys wanted to get involved in the preparation . so a spit is out . we decided to do a Potjie competition .
four Captains with four teams four dishes .
we got three judges one is a president of our training college ,my daughter a food blogger and a food network celebrity chef Jenny Morris .
we had a great fun .
