New from New Orleans
« Reply #-1 on: January 01, 2015, 02:40:55 PM »
Hey Everyone,

I received my first Char-Broil TBE for Christmas and found this site while searching to see what people cook in it.  I'm definitely an amateur cook, so I'm looking forward to learning from all of you.

I'm currently prepping a whole chicken for the initial cook in the TBE.  Hope it comes out tasty!

Thanks for the warm welcome, everyone.  I'm happy to report that the chicken came out perfectly - crispy skin and super juicy.  Even my mother-in-law, a very good (and critical) cook, only had good things to say about it.  Next step is to decide what to cook next!
