Sweet! I am not a box keeper. But I made an exception for my Anova as they packed it so well

Same here, the box my first Anova came in has its home in one of my cabinets to store it in when not in use.  The container that my second Anova came in is more of a challenge to pack though, its a round container that splits in two with foam inserts to protect the unit.

Congratz - you won't be disappointed.  As Pappy said, save the box - it is perfect if you want safe storage and if you want to take it on the road

Thanks PZ for bringing up the road idea. I travel like crazy for work..
I actually found a smaller cooler that I take when traveling. It's a perfect fit.

That looks great! Your cooler looks like a good fit for the unit.  If you move to a larger cooler or water bath in general, and if you are still concerned with regulating temperature, you can always try adding in a simple aquarium bubbler for extra circulation in a larger bath.
