Just a bit about myself. My Name is David. I am not a beginner to BBQ. But I am looking for place to share and learn. I pretty much BBQ for the Family and friends. I specialize in whole brisket and pork shoulder. And have always had problems with Lon cooks with chicken and doing any fish right.

I am also a long haul truck driver which gives me limited time on weekends to get things done. Which is currently why I a considering purchasing a PBC. Allows me to lend time with family while putting great food on the table.

I spent a total of 8 years in the Marine Corps and am still a Marine!

We're glad to have you here. Just be warned...there are some nuts here that are flat out crazy----crazy about outdoor cookin'.  All kinds of cookin' and they ain't too proud to share everything they know because they understand your light shines a lot better when it ain't under a bushel basket.  Now, that I think about it.  It ain't "there are SOME nuts here" all here are nuts and crazy about cookin'.  Dee
