I'm sure my red one is because it's the 1000 watt Anova One vs my black one which is the 800 watt Anova Precision.   I'll have to a side by side comparison some day and see how much of a difference there is in the two units.

My wait was about 6-7 months but I think they are shipping them out a little quicker than that now. ::)

I ordered the Precision Cooker on Jan 10th and received notice that it shipped today via FedEx. 

Much sooner than they say on their site.
