Hotel room sous vide steak n Potatoes

Bagged it at home and took it with me......

Dry brined wit smoked sea salt and powdered worcestershire powder, before....



After 24 hours



Rubbed with ghee and bagged



Hot tubbed at 129 for 4 hours then seared.....

As always the cook is beyond great,I liked the chimney idea,brilliant!Kinda like a hybrid rocket stove,this goes on my cooking list for sure,gonna surprise Mrs with it,she loves those off the wall stove/grill ideas too.
