I'm Hayden from Kansas City, and I've stalked the Char-Broil forums quietly for some time. Went away for a while and came back to find that everyone was gone!

 I have an SRG and mostly use it as a grill, but love the flexibility and ease of use. I've made chicken wings (amazing), thighs, whole chickens, roasts, pizza, S'mores, steaks, ribs, turkeys and more. I love this grill, I just wish my dog would stop eating my grill covers....

I look forward to being a quiet part of this community!

You got a whole bunch of us here that used to be on Sizzle on the Grill. This is also the home for TMB  (Tommy) he is the king of infrared cooking. He knows more about the SRG and BGE than Char-broil does  8)
