That's some serious grill real estate - nice score. Everything looks delicious - great cook!

I've cooked lots of stuff on the grill, but never spaghetti. Question: Does cooking the sauce and noodles on the fire impart some smokiness to the meal?

Looking good but a question tho..Is that pot you boiled the spaghetti in Enameled Cast Iron? What does it do to the outside of it? Don't wanna waste a Le Creuset to find out. Not sure about an outdoor fire or charcoal on enamel.  Pam  .☆´¯`•.¸¸. ི♥ྀ.

I'm with you Pam, I wouldn't use my enamled CI over a charcoal flame either.  ;)

No smokey flavor. I had the lid off since this was a quick cook.

I have no idea what it will do with the enameled finish. My Le Creuset is very $$$$$y. But now I see that the new pcb is coming out in enameled finish. I didn't wanna ruin a pan just to find out. Will see what happens after some cooks. Do you use enameled cast iron on your grill? Pam  .☆´¯`•.¸¸. ི♥ྀ.
