Not For Muebe And Pappy

I saw this recipe in the new Cook’s Illustrated:  Pasta with Prosciutto and Peas.  Looked good and was fairly easy to make, too.  Mike and Pappy definitely would not have enjoyed this one.  Too many peas!!

Despite the heavy cream, it was not overly rich.  The combination of the Prosciutto and the peas balanced each other.  I’ll make this one again.
