Texas boy here, live in the greater Houston area. Here to learn more about the art of backyard cuisine. Recently received a Charbroil Big Easy SRG as a present and have had excellent results, but I'm always looking for new recipes and tips. Thanks.

So far in my SRG I have cooked 2 turkeys, a prime rib, cedar plank salmon, pork loins, beer butt chicken, ribs, chicken wings and drumsticks and potatoes. Up top I have grilled chicken breasts, stuffed pork chops, beef and chicken fajitas, and a couple pizzas. Everything has turned out great, the SRG makes me look good, but I don't mind taking the credit. Going to try some steaks and bacon wrapped jalapeños this weekend, I'm sure they'll turn out great also.
