So far in my SRG I have cooked 2 turkeys, a prime rib, cedar plank salmon, pork loins, beer butt chicken, ribs, chicken wings and drumsticks and potatoes. Up top I have grilled chicken breasts, stuffed pork chops, beef and chicken fajitas, and a couple pizzas. Everything has turned out great, the SRG makes me look good, but I don't mind taking the credit. Going to try some steaks and bacon wrapped jalapeƱos this weekend, I'm sure they'll turn out great also.

Sounds GREAT!  I look forwarding to seeing your cooks!

Welcome from middle GA...

A little over 6 years I joined the forum lookin' for tips on how to use my CharBroil Big Easy.  It has been quite a ride and the teachers here are very lenient- grading on the curve, if at all.   My cooking hardware for outside includes 8 units now and I actually know how to use them all.  Stick around and you can learn a lot from these folks.
B T W, I visited Houston last June and a friend of mine took me to Killen's...have you been there?
