Crazy that SocialDorkMelanie posted a duck two ways as I was planning the same meal.

Duck breast at 135.



I did the confit last week. My problem with sous vide confit is that the skin on legs doesn't survive.

And I'm with Pam... what was the dessert?  It looks like butterscotch pudding (which I happen to love).

Dessert was an afterthought chocolate mousse. Didn't have dark chocolate so I used semi sweet chocolate chips. That's why it looks light.

I have a butterscotch dessert that will drive you crazy. can you eat cool whip, philadelphis cream cheese and butterscotch pudding and pecan crust?  .☆´¯`•.¸¸. ི♥ྀ.
