Too bad about the skin on the leg, but he duck looks incredible none the less!

And I'm with Pam... what was the dessert?  It looks like butterscotch pudding (which I happen to love).
I have a butterscotch dessert that will drive you crazy. can you eat cool whip, philadelphis cream cheese and butterscotch pudding and pecan crust?  .☆´¯`•.¸¸. ི♥ྀ.

I changed the recipe for an 8x8 pan included.

Elaine’s Butterscotch Delight
1st Layer                                                 Half
1 ½ cup flour                                           3/4 cup
1 ½ stick butter                                        3/4/ stick
½ cup or more chopped pecans                1/2 cup
Mix and spread in 9 x 13 pan and bake for 10 minutes at 350º, then cool.
2nd Layer
8 oz. Philadelphia Cream Cheese               4oz
2 cups powdered sugar                             1 cup
1 cup dream whip                                       1/2 cup
Mix and spread over 1st layer
3rd Layer
2 sm pkgs instant butterscotch pudding   1pkg
3 cups milk                                                1 1/2 cup
Beat until thick and spread.
Add 2 cups Cool Whip over butterscotch layer. Then cover in the frig until ready to serve.
Enjoy..I haven't met a guy that does not like this.
