That looks delicious!!   

I finally convinced James that scrambled eggs are absolutely delicious when they're not overcooked beyond recognition.   He'll eat over-easy eggs, but the soft scrambled, creamy eggs took some convincing for him to try.   After eating a huge plateful, he was lamenting all of the eggs he's wasted over his lifetime by cooking them drier than a bone.
