Greetings from England
« Reply #-1 on: February 26, 2015, 05:24:16 PM »
Firstly thank you allowing me join.
My name is Nick, I am a native of the UK, and live in Oxfordshire
I cook on a Pit Barrel Cooker and a Green Mountain Grill Davy Crockett.
I spent a few years living and working in The USA, and first developed my love of real BBQ in Texas.
As much as I love the eating, I find preparation , experimentation and the cooking most satisfying.
Watching friends and family enjoy their first taste of real Q ( the majority of the UK population have  no idea)  gives me a real buzz. I look forward to absorbing some of the collective knowledge.

Welcome Nick. I too like making the meat tender, sometimes more than eating it. Welcome for Southern California.
