Smoke Signals from Indiana
« Reply #-1 on: March 16, 2015, 10:19:36 AM »
New to the forum, not quite as new to cooking meat.
I'm awaiting delivery of my Big Easy SRG, and will be putting it through its paces when it arrives.
I hope to give as much as I get from you, but I know that can never be the case.   ;)

Thanks!

Greetings from Nebraska.

I've had an SRG on my want list for a few years.  They seem so versatile.  Please post your cooks so I can monitor the learning curve.  Photographs are a welcome addition to each narrative.
