Hello all!

Some what new to smoking. Started on a wee little charcoal grill from Walmart and just got done moving and dealing with a flash flood so I decided to move up and got my self a Traeger Junior Elite. Should arrive next week. Still deciding what should be cooked first on it. Joined the site for helpful info and mods. I know it'll get addicting once the mods begin. Its the same with my truck.

X2!!  You need to start off with good juju. Bacon does the trick. We are a "little" superstitious around here.

Welcome from mid Alabama. I agree, I don't there is any grill or cooking machine that is not better when first seasoned with bacon.
