I apologize for not getting to your question sooner.  My handle was  "cavaleaf" on the old Char-Broil forum.  I did not post very often; I'm not on line a bunch- thus my slow reply.  I did find all of the innovations and tweaking of the BE/SRG most interesting.  I'm finding some rather fascinating and imaginative cooks here.  I'm taking notes and looking forward to trying some out soon.  Now, I'm hoping that I'm responding to your question in the right area.  Thanks to you and to all for the friendly greetings and welcome.
