All Done
« Reply #-1 on: November 24, 2019, 12:40:59 PM »
I retired about a week ago (11/14). It also was our 38th wedding anniversary. So we left for a cruise on 11/15. Got back this past Thursday.
I have a lot of projects/honey-do's on the horizon, but the first one I'll do is get around to cleaning all my smokers/grills. Looking forward to relaxing on Sunday evenings.
Why couldn't Noah have swatted the 2 mosquitoes?.

I retired about six years ago and I HIGHLY recommend it.
You'll get the hang of it pretty quickly, I'm sure.

Congratulations! I hope you do it better than I did. I retired 5 times but kept going back. I finally retired for good about 2 years ago and my wife is working me harder than i ever did when I was getting paid to work. I told her she had to give me enough time this week to deep clean all my cookers.

Congratulations!  I've been happily retired since 2011 and I've never been busier, either!  I don't know how I ever got anything done with work in the way.
