Hey I've seen that truck before, its a US Postal Service contractor for overnight deliveries.  That rig delivered my repaired false teeth from the dental lab, so I could eat.   They did not have to tie the teeth down, the teeth were clamped down to the strap, Polident?  :D  :D  :D
