Newbie from the City of Angels
« Reply #-1 on: June 25, 2015, 02:42:38 PM »
Hello!
Just want to take a moment to introduce myself, I am a bbq lover who has been contemplating for years getting a device that I can do low and slow, but am also too darn lazy right now to jump into something that requires loads of time.

At this time, due to space constraints, I'm leaning towards a Pit Barrel. (Not to mention what seems like a very easy device to get good results!) Maybe in some future state, I'll have a bigger backyard and more time and I can consider something more impressive visually.

I look forward to reading up on new recipes, ideas and general banter!

BBQ is neither verb or noun. It is an experience.

Welcome from Minnesota. I love my PBC - not traditional "low & slow" but does a fantastic job!

Love that I have some California peeps chiming in!

It looks like I'll be moving to my new place just before August, I'm not sure I can wait to get my PBC until then! I got things to cook and pictures to post!  :D
