I know that you;re asking for other ideas, but, I thought I'd let you know that what you've picked is a really good option.
A very good friend of mine (Hub knows him, too) has had one of these for years. He even got some heavy gauge sheet metal and made a couple of griddles for it. So, you can use it for grilled burgers & brats in the evening or bacon, eggs, and pancakes for breakfast.
He originally got it to take on his son's Cub Scout camping trips (he was the Camp Cook) so it's been drug around and looks just like it did the day he got it.
And, in the "for what it's worth" column, he paid $400 way back when.
