Hello from Kentucky
« Reply #-1 on: August 13, 2015, 01:00:50 PM »
Greetings all!  I am Brad from Louisville, Kentucky.  I still consider myself a newbie to grilling and love learning and experimenting with new techniques and recipes.  I prefer to grill with charcoal but I do have a Charbroil Big Easy Oil-less fryer I use quite often as well with different meats.  I am looking forward to being a member of this site and hopefully being able to contribute.

Welcome from North Carolina.

My wife and I are headed to Paducah towards the end of September to join a number of LTBBQ Forum members at the BBQ on the River.  Before and possibly after the get-together we are going to visit a few of the stops on the Bourbon Trail.  We drove through Louisville about a month ago.  Stopped there and visited the Bacon Bar in J-Town.  I want to go back and enjoy a meal one of these days.  Looked and smelled interesting.
