3rd MRI this year

I'm going in for my third MRI this year  ??? ??? ??? ???    This time my shoulder/arm not the knees or back .

SO, in cooking terms am I MED, MED WELL OR WELL DONE??   ??? ??? ??? ???

Also which rub should I use to get the best use of the MRI machine?

  Hot and Spicy or Mild and Sweet  :D :D :D ??? ??? ??? ??? ??? ??? ???
