Hi to all you wonderful "Chefs".....I tried doing a little BBQing on a nice gas grill, but never expanded my knowledge beyond a few steaks, hamburger and the usual hotdogs.
Enjoy very much learning how everyone does their cooking and am looking forward to participating in the forum in any way I might be qualified to do.
Grew up on a small farm in West Virginia and moved to Virginia for my working career.  Am now retired and just doing a lot of computer perusing.  Thanks for the invite to the forum.

We love photos here too ;)...So - feel free to share picture with us when you cook. We just ask that you also share some ideas or recipes with the pictures so that our hosting service can't view us as a "photo-dump"...the bandwidth cost and all.

So, dig in, look around and find something you want to add to - or ask about.
