Greetings from New Mexico
« Reply #-1 on: October 21, 2015, 09:19:35 AM »
I currently live in New Mexico. I am a long time outdoor griller, wanting to get into some low and slow cooking. I have burned through several Weber grills in my life ( I am near retirement age). I currently have a Napoleon kettle (the model that sits in a cabinet with a fold out shelf). I have had it for about 5 years and it is showing its age through constant use and living outdoors year round uncovered, at our nearly 6000' elevation. I grill at least 3 times a week, even in the middle of winter. I lived overseas for 23 years and have learned the many different ways of preparing and grilling food throughout the world.

I am here to learn, listen and contribute when I see an opportunity.

Thank you everybody! I am originally from California, actually a 3rd generation Californian (we are rare). Much of my family still lives there.

Looking forward to some barbecue talk!
