Thanks folks! I appreciate the warm welcome!

The last two briskets I smoked were hung from the rebar as instructed, but it seems some people are doing their entire cook on the grill grates of the PBC. Going to give that a shot this weekend on a 13lb full packer. Costco in our area was selling USDA Prime full packers for $2.85/lb!
