My wife made me buy it!!!

While down in San Antonio for the family Thanksgiving we went by the local butcher supply shop to look for a knife my dad was wanting. To make a long story short my wife pointed out the chamber sealers that were on sale including the VP 112 that some of you have written about with a display model on sale for $499 and the VP 210C was listed at $699. Even though I wanted one I had no intention of spending that kind of money, of course my wife got the owners grandson who runs the place over to tell me about them. When he took another hundred off the 210 my wife told me to just buy it for my Christmas present, who am I to tell her no so I put it on her credit card and brought it home. Now I really have to get started finishing out my processing building to have somewhere to use it.

I have a Vacmaster pro260 and while it's not a chamber vac, it works great and gives good value with no issues , which I'm sure you will get for many years with your chamber sealer! Enjoy my friend!

NICE!!!   Hal and I had the 'little brother' to this one at the BBQ shop.   It is a beast.

I can't wait to start using it. I had just done an experiment with marinating a NY Strip with Worcestershire and Balsamic using my Cabela's Vac sealer and we loved how much the marinade got into the steak compared to just putting it in a bag for a couple of hours. I'm betting this machine makes it work even better.

Before you buy a bunch of bags for it...   Let me see what we have unused at BBQHQ.   We tried a number of different sizes.

You are going to love it. i got the VacMaster VP112 Chamber Sealer and i use it on a daily base .
from storage of food ,sous vide , compress food ( this is fun ) ,
it is totally different to a foodsaver vacuum sealer .
