Hello from Spring Texas.
« Reply #-1 on: December 17, 2015, 10:13:41 AM »
Hello all.  I discovered this website after purchasing my Big Easy SRG.  There seem to be a lot of great tips out there.  I'm just scraping the surface of what's on here so pardon me if I ask something that has been asked a million times.

I'm new to Texas.  Originally a California kid.  Happy to be here but miss home!  I figured it's time I get on the grilling bandwagon.

Ok, take care all.  Happy grilling.

Welcome from Minnesota. Don't worry about questions - we all enjoy learning, sharing, and teasing each other...  ;) ;) ;D ;D The one thing you need to know - we love pictures - so, please include them with descriptions of your cooks if you can.  Just ask Dee for photo lessons...  ::)

We are glad you found us. Not a "big" forum in terms of membership - but, we focus on quality participation, and sharing techniques, recipes, ideas, tips and tricks. You will also notice that we have a select group of forum sponsors that bring innovative products, and the best in customer support to you.

We are all here to have fun with ( mostly ) outdoor cooking - but everything cooking related is welcome. Questions? We ALL have some that we look for answers to, and - you will find great satisfaction by participating - learning, and then being able to help others as you learn.

There are no "know it alls" here. Tho we have many members with vast experience, and education - I can assure you that NO ONE will make you regret asking any questions you have. We do not treat folks rudely or with arrogance. Just not part of the "personality" here. We like it that way, and hope you will as well.

WELCOME!
