Hello!
looking forward to reading (and seeing) what goes on in here.

I recently purchased(towards the end of last summer) a Pit Barrel smoker.  i have had great success with ribs and chicken but am looking to broaden my horizons a little more this more and try Salmon, Trout and turkey as well as attempting the Brisket!

I am relatively new to the whole idea of smoking food as it is not something all that common in the UK where I grew up.

Welcome to the forum!   I don't own a PBC (wished I did) but there are lots of folks here who do and are very good at cooking with them.
