Crawfish Compitition

 My daughter & Son in law are helping sponsor & cook in a big fund raiser crawfish boil for a catholic school.
All crawfish will be cooked by individual "teams" & voted for trophies
There will be so many jet burners going will sound like the space shuttle lifting off ???

Great Weather
Great food, lots adult beverages!
SIL team won 1st in corn & 2nd in potatoes!
A great time was had by all.

I do wish we had good crawfish, with potatoes and corn like in Louisianan.
