I stumbled upon this forum while watching a BBQ YouTube video. Ive been grilling and BBQing on my Weber gas & kettle grills and last year got a PBC to try my hand at smoking. Im really looking forward to read what others are doing with there PBC and other cookers.

Do you know how long the Falls are supposed to be "shut down"?  My wife and I want to travel up there to see them, but we recently heard they are going to be doing some maintenance.

The falls isnt scheduled to be shut down un til 2017 so come on up.
