Another Alabama welcome. First thing, get you some of the leg racks for The Big Easy. I have 4 and use them for many things, especially for doing 4 layers of chicken wings at a time.
Where do I find them at? I grill wings all the time on my Smoke Hollow. I buy the frozen from Sams and grill them up with seasoning and then put them in the crock pot with sauce. My girls love it that way, but it could take me 2hrs + to grill them all. Any tips would be welcome on how to do it as well !
