Hello, Glad to be on this Forum and am looking forward to talking to a lot of yall about the different ways to cook, smoke, or roast some meat.
I'm from a town in NE Arkansas called Jonesboro, been cooking for as long as I can remember (I'm 49) and try to cookout at least 2 to 3 times a month. I wish I could do it everyday but work stops that from happening. Looking forward to meeting a lot of you and maybe swap some ideas.
