Breakfsat Dinner Night!
« Reply #-1 on: April 13, 2016, 07:59:34 PM »

Usually about one night a week we have a breakfast for dinner. Tonight was a good night for a good breakfast.

It's been a while since I made waffles so why not. I made a variety of plain Belgian, stawberry, blueberry and for myself a nice bacon filled Belgian. These were good enough to make a meal in itself but for me I added grits, bacon and a couple of fresh yard eggs. I did add some fresh sliced strawberries on my waffle that mede it even more delicious. Mmmmmm.................................!!!!!

I love this concept but my wife is not a breakfast person no matter what the time of day.  So, every now and then, when I can sneak it in, I have a dinner like this one.  Only one thing is keeping it from being absolutely perfect, though.  How about a couple of biscuits, significantly slathered with GRAVY::)
