New BESRG owner in the PNW

Hey everyone, I came across this forum a couple days ago after coming into possession of a Big Easy SRG. I just got done seasoning it and am looking forward to my first roast this weekend.  I can't wait to try different things on it. I am currently living in Renton, WA near Seattle.
